This group started in 1997 becasue we wanted to explore and learn about Kadampa Buddism and meditation and open this up for others. Since then we've grown into an active community.  We are a diverse group of people all seeking to bring greater peace and happiness into daily life.  We welcome everyone to join no matter your beliefs, background, or culture.
